Hello Fellow Loadstarites,

Once upon a time, LS offered a novel on disk authored by Jeff Jones named SPORT. I recall wanting it back in the day, but just didn't have the funds. Then time occurred, and it fell out of mind. Reading through the LS Letters, I see the ads for it again. This has stirred my curiosity, and I find myself wanting to check it out; I am a real fan of Jeff's writing. I've scoured my LS Compleat disk (purchased when Fender first offered it) to no avail. Can someone point me to a copy? TIA.

I asked Jeff and he said he was a bit embarrassed now about Sport. If I understand correctly he's improved it, but it's not available online for now. I've asked him to let me know if he decides to release it again.
 
Much appreciated. I'll keep searching Ebay in hopes it may pop up. Seeing that ad again really peaked my curiosity; the thought of reading an entire novel on my C64 was and is intriguing. I'm sure Jeff is being humble- I always found his writing to be top notch.
 
Uh, oh, another "Loadstar" title that I'm missing from my collection that I now need to track down a copy of! 😁

After seeing this post, I did some searching also in eBay, Facebook, Mercari, and the usual online haunts and I came up empty.
