I was pointed to a command-line program called gau, that can supply URLs matching a pattern from a search of several web archive sites like the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Through that, I discovered a lot of matching results from the old eloadstar.com site. I think it may be possible to restore some of it. I don't know if there were any issues of eloadstar that were preserved, but we can hope?

They probably weren't, yeah. How were they sold though? Was it through some automated process? Could some fragment of it survive?
How were eloadstar issues different from standard issues? Was there some unique aspect? Was there content restricted only to those versions?

It was a subscription like Loadstar itself. Just that you would get each new issue (on a .d81) through email rather than a physical disk mailed.
It used a unique menu (used on LS 193 which Dave was guest editor)
The Diskovery article on LS #191 listed the contents of then available E-Loadstar issues. Pretty much e-Loadstar was classic "best of Loadstar" programs bundled together with an emulator. I had all the e-Loadstar issues emailed to me by Dave (Back around 2006 or so)... There were around 7 or 8 issues in total. Unfortunately, that was several computers ago, and I've since lost the files. Interesting if you look at future plans for Loadstar mentioned on issue #199 - the original plan was to keep E-Loadstar going as well as Loadstar. That plan got dropped and only Loadstar continued. The only unique thing to the e-Loadstars would be the menu and the editorals by Dave.

The menu is cool! It's good to know that nothing on eLoadstar didn't appear elsewhere, besides David Moorman's editorials.
